How I Lost Weight

Weight loss and diet tips are all over the internet. Diet fads come and go. Sometimes they work, sometimes (oftentimes actually), they don’t. In this podcast, I share with you what made me lose my stubborn extra pounds and how I keep them off. A warning though, I’m not a doctor, dietitian, or an expert in any medical field. Follow at your own risk. This may or may not work for you. I am posting it as a tip to other people who may want to give it a try. As for me, it’s working fine.
