See? Sulpicio Lines' TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) petition against BMI's ongoing inquiry has been junked by Manila RTC (Regional Trial Court). This is precisely why, as of this time, the best option is to support BMI (Bureau of Marine Inquiry) instead of trying to pass the ball to their "inquisitor of choice" (or the "rightful body to conduct investigation" as per Sulpicio Lines). Because honestly, how much different can BMI's and MARINA's decision be compared to each other?

If these investigating bodies are to gather factual information alone, it is only statistically and theoretically possible that they will arrive at the same decision.
